This is my goto place in Greenwood. Outstanding service and Outstanding food. Let me tell you something you have never tried is there hot mustard on the table for your egg rolls. The bourbon chicken is a choir in a beautiful church and the hot and sour soup makes me want to pay for the recipe. Enjoy 😉
Went to order takeout and it was quick and easy. I think waiting took about 10 minutes so not bad. Taste was alright. Very clean restaurant and the containers were sturdy. The bag was also thick, not the really thin paper bag. Overall, great place. Good value as well, picture below was $18.
First time ordering from here, normally order from China Dragon on Countyline road but they are closed on Mondays. Heard good things about this place but disappointed. I get sweet n sour chicken with plain lo mein. The lo mein was literally just plain spaghetti noodles with a splash of sauce. The portions are smaller than China dragon for the same price roughly. The other two meal I ordered were the same. I ll just wait to Tuesday before reordering from here
Food quality has degraded since last year. Chicken is very dry and hard. Some of the worst General Tso’s I have ever had. Sad because this use to be a great place to eat in Greenwood.
Got the lunch special for $7 and was looking forward to eating Chinese on my lunch break.
Firstly, the portions are small as hell. Everything had an old taste to it, like it had been sitting there for days until the flavor just evaporated. I ordered bourbon chicken and hot n sour soup and the chicken wasn't even bourbon. It was stained red (presumably to cover up the cheap cuts) and was dry despite being drenched in sauce. The egg roll tasted like something from dollar tree and the rice had 0 seasoning. The hot n sour soup also was a disappointment considering it wasn't even the right color nor smelled good.
The only saving grace was how clean and quiet it was on the inside. Would not recommend
Worst food I have ever tasted. They brunt my food and egg roll and then I asked could they possibly remake and they said all of their food comes out like that. I informed its a difference between cooked and bring. The chicken was extremely tough and I could not even bite into it. The man at the front and lady were very rude and tried to convince that’s their food and would not remake. The man got loud at the front and I asked could he lower his voice so that I can hear and understand what he is saying and I informed him when you have a customer to talk to them with respect and to not yell at just an inquiry about their food. He also double charged me when giving me a refund. This is my first and last time coming to this place. They deserve to be shut down
I’ve been going here my entire life.
They are always so sweet and the food is amazing. They are the definition of treating you like family.
Ate here the other day. We called in ghe order and it was ready within 15 minutes. We ordered the bourbon chicken and black pepper chicken lunch combos. We both liked them but there are so many things on the menu I'd like to try.
I liked the egg drop soup more than the sweet and sour. The egg rolls were good. Fried rice was pretty good as well. Two dipping sauces came with what was ordered. One was red and like a sweet and sour. The other was brown and thinner, but I liked it more. We also had the crab rangoon and the fried dumpling. The rangoon weren't my favorite but the fried dumplings were pretty good as well.
Overall, pretty good American Chinese food for the price. Will come here again.
We went here yesterday for lunch specials. Picked up 2 king pow chickens, black pepper chicken, and teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken was not what I expected, but it was still good. We also got steamed dumplings and cookies. I prefer the fried dumplings. The cookies also went well with coffee.
